Apple of the Eye

APPLE OF MY EYE – FLYHIGHEDUTECH

Children are unique in expressing their talents. In that way, Dheerka is a silent observer and keen learner. She loves to express the efforts put in her work in a meaningful way.

An anecdote to express the same:

A conversation made by her while learning Vedic trick –

Dheerka – “Ma’am, after learning base 100 tricks, I tried it with 80’s multiples and used 11 to 19 trick to solve them together”.

Teacher – “Wow! That’s ingenious”

When the whole class was learning about Base 100 tricks in Vedic math. She made notes on the new trick as the discussion was about numbers close to 100 and numbers with 90’s, she quickly tried with numbers with 80’s by picking up this new trick and related it with 11 to 19 trick which was learnt two weeks ago and confidently came up with the correct answer. Given opportunity to explain it to the class; she explained it step wise and mesmerized her classmates too.

How we add values to our class via teaching and learning:

Action speaks more than words is often proved by Dheerkha. Every child needn’t be the same. Can’t expect all kids to be actively participating in class. In a class, mostly kids who take part in conversation or kids who like to answer for all the questions are understood as quick learners. Dheerkha proves it wrong. Given an opportunity every child can crack any hard shell with one hit is simply proven by her way of learning. Open invite to all kids to share their experience in learning plays a vital role for kids to stand up high.

Her favorite part of the class:

She loves to solve jigsaw puzzles. Her records in learning are as follows:

42 pieces puzzles in 3:42 secs.

49 pieces hard puzzles in 5:06 secs.

HER STREGTH:
